- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Every time I visit this branch I leave feeling like they actually don't want me to visit the inside of the bank at all. There is usually a line (often only 1 teller) and the manager or some other employee will approach everyone waiting in line to ask why they are visiting the bank. Usually they say something like, "Can I help you make a deposit with the ATM today?" or "Did you know you can make deposits with mobile banking right from your phone?" I understand that they are trying to cut down on wait times by familiarizing customers with more automated systems, but it leaves me feeling unwelcome. I would rather drive to the miracle mile branch where I can wait in line in peace and no one accosts me with offers of ATM assistance. I should say that the tellers are always pleasant and helpful and almost redeem the entire experience....almost, but not quite.By Ashley, January 11, 2017
