  Please email me before you start working at this place, I will give you details to make you want to work elsewhere. Tammy, the manager, is an actually insane person, on multiple medications - you can tell from the vacant look in her eyes - and if she misses a dose, she behaves erratically and violently. Vacation time is technically given, but unless you are a manager or one of Tammy's FaceBook friends, you will never get time off approved. There is unannounced overtime - they tell you about it as little as 30 minutes before the scheduled shift ends. Your trainers will steal from you, and get you fired just so they can get access to your files, so never ask for any assistance with any account. I worked there for two years, so I know how awful it is to work there, just don't do it.

  One of the most unprofessional companies that I've ever had the displeasure of working at. They have little regard for their employees and the work laws that apply to the state, they constantly violate them. Do yourself a favor and do not work at this company, if you are currently searching for a position you probably realize there's at least 10 listings for this company and that is because the turnover rate is so high. I was promised health insurance after 90 days and it took over a year because they're human resource's office was so incompetent. It astonishes me that this company is still in business.
